Best Beer for Summer BBQ
What are some of your favorite seasonal beers for a summer BBQ? I want to remind my friends that there is a world beyond Miller Lite. I enjoy St. Arnold's Lawnmower Ale, but I'm looking for other suggestions. Thanks for your thoughts!

I really enjoy Rogue's Somer Orange Honey Ale, It has a very nice aroma, terrific flavors, and is absolutely refreshing.

My favorite beer lately for a great summer bbq is a black lager (schwartzbier) or a smoked black lager. These beers are dark, but they are still light and crisp but they have a waft of smokey, toastiness that I just love and that totally goes with anything off the grill. I like Kostritzer Black Lager, Craftsman Smoked Black Lager (that you can only get in LA) and Sam Adams has a pretty good black lager now as well.

I'm really resorting to hefeweizens and wits right now. I love Mothership Wit, but if your in Texas you can get Liveoak Hefeweizen. I'm normally a very "hoppy" person, but my palate has changed as of late.
