Beer for Chicks

Hi! I am seeking info on Corona beers for a project I am working on. I have never had an experience with Corona beers, and am interested in your perceptions of the brand. What did you like or not like about it? Where and how did your experience take place? What are your first impressions of the product? I am just trying to learn about different types of beers and what I should be thinking about as I try these products one at a time. Thanks for your help.

My opinion of Corona is that they tend to be quite skunky tasting. IN the summer, they're a nice beach drink and putting the lime in one is a fun thing. But in general, there are a lot better beers out there in my opinion.

The Beer Babe is absolutely right. Skunkiness in beer comes from light hitting the beer, not from heat or age. And the clear Corona bottles make it almost impossible to drink without getting a skunked one. That's why I say, put tons of lime in a Corona if you're going to drink one. And yes, have them on the beach, when you are getting lots of sun, because they are less alcoholic and have a higher water percentage then other craft and artisanal beers. There's a time and place for Corona, but there are still many many other hand-crafted beers that are light in body, crisp and clean in flavor, that are much much better.

I appreciate all your help. Thanks. You'll probably get more questions from me, as this is part of a project for my business capstone to graduate. I can't believe I got this type of assignment, I don't know anything about beer. I don't touch the stuff, usually. Now I don't have a choice but to experience drinking lots of different types of beer. I think my dad will be really surprised at Christmas. What a great gift right? LOL. I can't wait to see the looks on my entire family's face in the coming holiday season, they have NEVER seen me drink anything alcoholic. Well I wonder if I can claim the research experiences as an "education expense," on my taxes? If I have to spend money on it, then I want it to count as an expense!
