- STONE of course, we make an amazing Smoke Porter w/Vanilla Beans (real beans no extract); Odells in Fort Collins, Schlafly in St. Louis. Alesmith Lil'Devil is one of my favorite beers, I turn into a little kid when I find out it's on tap somewhere. Chimay (white label) Tripple is another great beer.

- I have a few, but one that sticks out has to do with work... when I moved over to the cellar from the bottling line I was learning the filter and I was having a very hard time grasping the concept, the idea, and didn't have the confidence. Finaly I had my "OH F*^#K moment" where everything clicked and made sense. I also had that same moment when I was training on the brewhouse. It was just my need to be confident in myself. I did and I think I rock!!!!
Another one was meeting Teri Farhendorf... PINK BOOTS SOCIETY founder.. she ROCKS.
