Favorite Beers & Breweries

Hard question, but I can get started anyway.
I am a sucker for a good IPA [preferrably imperial] or a good Porter [preferrably smoked] at any time. Some favorites right now are Ninkasi Total Domination IPA and Southern Oregon Brewing Co. Porter, both brewed in my home state of Oregon. I'm a big fan of keeping things local, local breweries, brews, and ingredients are the key to my taste.

Favorite breweries in Oregon are Rogue Brewery in Newport, OR, Eugene City Brewery in Eugene, OR, Standing Stone Restaurant and Brewery in Ashland OR, and Ninkasi Brewing Co. in Eugene OR. I'm discovering new ones everyday though so I'm sure this will be updated frequently.

Favorite Place to Drink Beer

Anywhere!
Curled up with a thick, smoky Porter on my window seat on a rainy day, a crisp IPA at friend's back porch barbecue on a muggy summer night, dancing in a noisy brewery or bar, during a game of pool at a local spot... you get the idea.

Best Beer Memory that You Can Remember!

Hanging out in the Ninkasi tasting room with Jamie the master brewer sampling the new brews. Too cool.
